Climate Change Pickle in affiliation with Theater Without Borders Conference

With Sarah Cameron Sunde, I co-hosted a conversation and pickle making process (led by Moe Youssuf) for artists and cultural workers interested in talking about climate change and resiliency. We met once as part of Theater Without Border’s conference March 12. Shared stories, metaphors for understanding changing climate, and invested in a durational, time-based process – making pickles. Some members of this gathering came together five weeks later to eat pickles and continue conversation.

Sarah and I also shared some highlights from this conversation as part of a panel on artistic response to climate change at the NoPassport Conference on March 14.
